These terms apply when you use dgodigital.com, book or take part in the free growth diagnostic, use our free tools, or read our articles. Paid work is never covered by these terms alone: it is always done under a separate written agreement that we both sign.
1. Who we are
dgodigital.com is operated by Darpan Kumar, sole proprietor, trading as DGo Digital, Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400055, India ("DGo Digital", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. Legal notices: [email protected].
You accept these terms when you submit a form on the site (the diagnostic, contact, newsletter or tool-result form): the line next to each submit button says so. They also apply when you otherwise use the site. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them for that company.
Who the site is for. You must be 18 or older and using the site for business purposes.
2. Using the site
You may read, share and link to our pages for your own business purposes. You must not:
- break the law or anyone's rights through the site;
- try to get into parts of the site, our accounts or our systems that are not public, or test them for weaknesses without our written permission (to report a weakness, see our Security Center);
- send spam, malware, or automated or false form submissions;
- copy large parts of the site to republish them as your own, or scrape it in a way that harms its performance. Search engines and AI systems may crawl it as set out in our
robots.txt; - misrepresent who you are, or use our name or brand to suggest a link with us that does not exist.
Our Acceptable Use Policy gives more detail and applies to client work too.
3. The free growth diagnostic
- It is free and you owe nothing. There is no fee, no card and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
- What happens: a call of about 30 minutes with a senior DGo strategist, then your top findings in writing within 2 business days of the call. What we look at for each goal is described on the booking page.
- The findings are yours to keep and use, whether or not you work with us.
- Access: if we ask to look at an account (for example an ad account or analytics), we ask only for read-only access, you decide whether to give it, and you can remove it at any time. Do not share passwords with us.
- Confidentiality: we treat what you show us during the diagnostic as confidential and use it only to prepare your findings.
- Our discretion: we may decline or reschedule a diagnostic, for example if we cannot help with the request or are at capacity. We tell you if so.
- It is advice, not a guarantee. The findings are our professional opinion based on what we could see in the time available. They are not legal, tax, financial or security certification advice, and they do not promise a result.
4. Free tools
Our checks and estimator (for example the pipeline check, the brand-risk check and the ad waste estimator) give general estimates from the answers you enter. They:
- run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, except an overall score counted in analytics if you allowed analytics, or if you ask us to email you the result;
- use simple, stated assumptions, so the result is a rough guide and not a measurement of your business;
- are provided "as is", free of charge, and may change or be withdrawn.
5. Articles and information
Our articles are general information to help B2B teams. They are not advice for your specific situation. We check facts and cite sources, and we correct mistakes when we find them (see our Editorial and AI Policy), but laws, platforms and prices change. Check anything important before you rely on it.
6. Paid work
We publish no prices. If we agree to work together, the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection and liability are set out in a written proposal or statement of work and a services agreement that we both sign. That agreement takes priority over these terms for the paid work. Where we handle personal data for you, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
Ads Analyzer (analyzer.dgodigital.com) is a separate product with its own terms, which you accept inside the app.
7. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, logo, the name "DGo Digital", the tools and the code belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Anything else needs our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify their products.
8. Links and third-party services
We link to and use third-party services (for example the booking calendar, WhatsApp and LinkedIn). They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it, the tools and the free diagnostic "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Limits on our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, for the site, the free tools, the articles and the free diagnostic (all provided free of charge):
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill;
- our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (for the free site, tools, articles and diagnostic, that is nothing).
Paid work has its own liability terms in the signed agreement.
11. Your responsibility
If you break these terms or the law through the site and that causes a claim against us, you are responsible for the reasonable costs of that claim.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change applies to forms you submit after it is posted; it does not change terms you accepted earlier, a diagnostic already booked, or work under a signed agreement.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer, you may also use the courts and the mandatory protections of the country where you live. Before going to court, please email [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue within 30 days.
15. General
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours if the business is reorganized or sold.
